Will it look exactly like the 3D preview?
The preview helps you choose the design and colours. Because every piece is 3D printed, the finished item may have small natural layer lines and slight variations.
When is my order confirmed?
After submitting the order form and receipt, Mum checks the payment directly in Touch ’n Go or Maybank. The uploaded image alone does not confirm payment.
Can I order more than one name?
Yes. Customise one name, add it to your bag, then design another before completing payment and customer details.
Who handles my personal information?
Mum handles customer contact, delivery details and payments. The children do not manage customer information.
